In continuing its mission of making Shakespeare accessible to all, ASC at NJCU presents Shakespeare On Screen. In the riveting Throne of Blood, legendary Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa sets Shakespeare's "Macbeth" in feudal Japan. Starring Toshiro Mifune. at the comfortable lecture hall of the Grossnickle building on campus near Kennedy Boulevard. At each screening an ASC Resident Artist will share a beloved film with our audiences in an informal, friendly setting. Q&A and discussion are encouraged. Light refreshments will be served.
